Originally from Houston, TX, Grant O'Neal got his start in the mortgage industry once he made the move to the gorgeous Emerald Coast. After having a not-so-great lending experience of his own, Grant was inspired to create a better, more supportive experience for others navigating the home loan process.

Since beginning his business, Grant met his lovely wife and business partner, Ivy O'Neal. Ivy, originally from Birmingham, AL, brings her number-savvy brain and big heart to the team. Together, they stay busy loving on their two boys, one human, Philip James, and one that's four-legged, a longhaired dachshund named Mr. Bean.

With a heart deeply rooted in family, Grant brings commitment, leadership, integrity, and a genuine care into each transaction. Together, Grant & Ivy have built forward a team that carries the important mission their business is grounded on.
